[Music] hey you guys it's Christina hey you guys it's Sandra and we are so happy to have you in our kitchen today because we're gonna be showing you how to make raw vegan chocolate fudge protein bars many of you who've been doing the 21-day challenge with mom and me have been asking me for easy grab and go snacks protein bars and wish granted that is exactly the recipe that we're gonna be making for you today if you haven't already hit the subscribe button and join the family because we have a ton of awesome videos coming your way I've been a raw vegan for 12 years now and it's changed my life and I'm inspired to help you along your journey as well if you like this video be sure to give it a thumbs up all right you guys I'm looking at this recipe just make this recipe make this recipe for this recipe I'm going to be using my food processor any food processor will do I'll also be using a Pyrex to form and create the protein bars when ready go ahead and add into your food processor approximately 1 pound of dried white mulberries this is approximately 1 bag maybe one and a half bags 2 if you want to make more next go ahead and add in approximately 1 pound of ripe pitted dates 1 to 2 scoops of chocolate Sun warrior protein powder two heaping tablespoons of raw cacao powder or raw carob powder 2 large tablespoons of raw coconut nectar and a pinch of cinnamon process this until it becomes chunky just like a cookie dough type of texture once this is complete go ahead and take your protein bar mixture and press it into your Pyrex until it looks kind of like a brownie large square in here you can eat these protein bars just as is but I'm gonna add a little bonus chocolate fudge on top for you guys who really want a little something extra if you want to make the extra chocolate fudge sauce on top go ahead and add into your blender of choice up sumit lead two to three heaping tablespoons of raw cacao powder or carob powder half a cup of coconut water two tablespoons of raw coconut nectar and some cinnamon blend this up until it looks like chocolate sauce and drizzle or pour this on top of your protein bar your giant protein bar in your Pyrex you can spread it on top or leave it drizzled and you can sprinkle on some sweet cacao nibs on top something else that you guys can do and that if you want to firm it up you can stick it in the fridge for about an hour but if you like it we gooey you can just eat it like this take a knife and cut these bars into the shapes you want ladies and gentlemen I present fully raw vegan chocolate protein bars how amazing delicious and nutritious do these look you don't have to fill your body up with a ton of animal products to get the protein that you need these snacks are easy and a grab-and-go delicious treat that you can enjoy at any time oh my gosh okay are you ready for the final taste let's give it a try you take what it's so big go mom go okay I mean mmm fudgy mmm very good excellent I feel like this could be a meal replacement it's so rich and so good he's like a giant brownie except I like the ice we're calling it a protein bar you explain what it tastes like what I eat it I can't stop eating it can you any when we're back what we were like oh it's so chewy I can't I mean but it's so delicious are you guys if these chocolate fudge brownies look good to you be sure to give this recipe a thumbs up comment below and hit the subscribe button join the family mom and I have a lot to eat so you guys want to find me on my other social media channels you can find me on Facebook Pinterest Instagram and Twitter all it fully rotten fully rock resina wishing you the best day our hugs in our luvs bye-bye [Music]
