[Music] [Music] hey guys and welcome back to my channel so today's video is going to be a holiday morning routine so this is something that you could do on Christmas morning or any day just leading up until Christmas and so I wanted to give you guys just some ideas for that we're gonna do a really fun breakfast and also I'm gonna go ahead and give you all kind of like my normal morning routine right now we have some things that we kind of do just to incorporate Christmas coming up with home school and just while we get ready for the day and also I'm gonna include that as well though I hope you guys enjoy this video and don't forget to leave it a thumbs up if you like morning routines and hit that subscribe button if you are new to my channel we are getting so close to 200,000 and I am gonna do a huge giveaway once we hit 200,000 subscribers so be on the lookout for that and let's go ahead and get on into this morning routine so the first thing we're gonna make is overnight cinnamon roll french toast and you're gonna want to make this the night before and for this recipe you'll need two packs of frozen cinnamon rolls a half a teaspoon of cinnamon 1/4 of teaspoon of nutmeg one and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract and you actually won't need the cream cheese I've misread the recipe and I thought that I needed some but you really don't and you'll also need four eggs three tablespoons of sugar and two nonstick bread pans and a large bowl and you're also going to need one cup of milk I will have all of that in the description box below by the way the first thing you're going to do is start cutting up the cinnamon rolls into fourths then you're going to evenly split it into the two bread pans [Music] now you want to mix together the 4 eggs 1 cup of milk the sugar vanilla extract cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk it all together and then evenly pour it on top of the 2 loaves [Music] [Applause] [Music] then you want to put them in the refrigerator overnight for about six to eight hours and be sure to cover them before you put them in the refrigerator with some plastic wrap and in the morning you'll just put them in the oven on 375 for about 30 to 35 minutes I also wanted to include this clip of the kids so disappointed that they had to wait for the cinnamon rolls to actually cook normally for breakfast we have like yogurt or oatmeal or cereal because they always wake up so hungry this morning the excitement is we have seven deer and we had them in our yard they've gone all the way down like three houses down to one of our neighbors yards but we've been watching them all morning because they've kind of just stayed in this area and it looks like they're coming back so if they come back I'm definitely gonna get them on camera for you guys [Music] right here where there oh hey you know what that means we stand as reindeer but yes Dasher dancer Prancer vixen comet Cupid Donner Blitzen and that's eight it must have been it must have been a scene this reindeer maybe or maybe it was just the limit dad's not the property see but they were missing Rudolph Hartley it was about their identity Rudolph is probably with Santa Claus after that we took out the cinnamon french toast and added the icing to the tops of them [Music] how did to make a really cool festive drink to go with our special Christmas breakfast so all you need for this drink is some cranberry juice some ginger ale and you could also use champagne if you want to make it really special and to garnish the top you're gonna need some cranberries and a sprig of rosemary and I also wanted to let you guys know I picked up these beautiful glasses at the Dollar Tree of all places and I just thought that the gold rim around the top would be perfect for this Christmas drink [Music] Oh this breakfast was so delicious I'm definitely gonna be making it again for Christmas morning the kids loved it me and Justin loved it it was a big hit in our house [Music] so after that we came upstairs and I put on some Christmas music while we were getting ready we do this almost every morning lately for my morning skincare routine I start by just wiping my face off with a wet rag and some hot water and then I will use my Mary Kay timewise three-in-one cleanser to wash my face with then to moisturize I used my Mary Kay Tom wise age fighting moisturizer while I was doing all of this my husband was getting the kids dressed and brushing their teeth and just getting them ready for the day [Music] now is when I will start my makeup and I will have all the makeup down in the description box below for my everyday makeup routine right now so check right there if you want to find anything that I used for my makeup on this day [Music] [Music] I can only hope and Santa clothes and my red consecrate so how I am finishing up my makeup my husband will start home school with the kids and he usually likes to start with something fun that just gets their minds going and so normally he'll start with something fun opposed to starting with like their curriculum that they're doing so they started making some Christmas cards for some of their friends this morning and just doing a craft and by that time I was done and I came in with my fun craft that I had for the kids to do today and that was making these really cool Christmas trees so all you do for these Christmas trees is put some ABCs on there and then you cut out some circles for ornaments and then they can match up the letters on the Christmas tree to the ornament and so they love doing this they had such a fun time with this project Christmas and I want to make it I can make angels [Music] so after that I went into my room and I started doing my morning cleaning routine and Justin will finish up home school with the kids and he'll do like the normal curriculum that they're doing and a lot of you guys have been asking for me to do kind of like a homeschool routine and I will do that pretty soon if I can get Justin on board because like I said he is the one who mostly does the schooling with them I just do a little things here and there but he is the one who does the majority of the homeschooling so anyway my morning cleaning routine is very very basic all I do is clean up our bedroom and make our beds my special Longbottom I love don't cough and I've also been asked about these cards beside the bed a lot lately and it's just Scripture a lot of people were commenting why does she have business cards beside the bed but it's just Scripture and it's really cool because it's Scripture with your name put in it and this was gifted to me by a friend of mine and I absolutely love them and so now I come downstairs to finish up my morning chores down there still listening to my Christmas music and just cleaning up from breakfast that morning I'm not one of them the three wisest men but I got open if you feel alone I don't care about so normally I like to unload my dishwasher every morning and that way I have a clear dishwasher to just add dishes into throughout the day but we didn't have enough dishes to start the dishwasher the night before and I didn't want to start it with only half a load in there and waste water so I was just loading up our dishes from that morning and I went ahead and started it that way I could unload it later on that day and then to clean out my sink I'm just using the mrs. meyer's dish soap in peppermint I am loving this peppermint scent I've mentioned it a few times on my channel before but I am seriously just loving it it's one of my favorite since right now like I would buy it and even use it when it's not the holidays I'm also loving the Cal Dre Dahlia red currant for my counter top spray and also the mrs. Meyers peppermint those are my two favorite holiday countertop sprays right now just got something fun on but my love don't cause the time [Music] my treat do [Music] is laid [Music] upon children that is it for my holiday morning routine I hope you guys enjoyed it don't forget to leave the video a thumbs up if you liked it and hit that subscribe button if you are new to my channel and I'll see y'all in the next video bye the Christmas spirit [Music] when the Christmas spirit [Music]
