[Music] hey you guys it's Christina and I'm so excited to be back in the kitchen with you today because I'm gonna be showing you how to make a fully raw Thanksgiving stuffing one of the most popular questions that I get during this time of year is what am I gonna bring to Thanksgiving dinner what am I gonna eat during the holidays what about stuffing can you teach me how to make an epic raw vegan stuffing recipe so that is exactly what I am going to teach you how to do today and trust me when I say that this recipe is beautiful it is savory it is colorful its raw it's vegan is filled with so many good nutrients for your body that you are gonna feel energized after you eat this and not like you want to pass out after Thanksgiving dinner so normally there would be a lot of chopping involved in a recipe like this but I've just gotten my new veggie bullet and I'm obsessed with it if you've seen some of my previous recipe videos before this this machine is amazing it's basically replaced my spiralizer and my processor in a way because it shreds it makes noodles and it does so much more if you're interested in getting a veggie bullet you can click the link in the description below without further adieu I'm so excited to make this beautiful rainbow stuffing with you that is filled with so much goodness and so much life are you guys ready let's get started so the first thing that we're gonna do is make our cauliflower stuffing rice it's going to be the base of this recipe so one ready I'm gonna take my cauliflower and I'm gonna run it through my veggie bullet I'm gonna do this until two heads of cauliflower are completely shredded and in a bowl ready to go next up I'm gonna put carrots into my veggie bullet I'm gonna take a quarter of purple cabbage I'm gonna shred that as well and then I'm gonna add that into the bowl some other veggies that I'm gonna run through my veggie bullets are yellow squash L peppers you can even put celery through here I mean if you desire once you get those shredded up we're gonna go ahead and mix all of these chopped ingredients into a bowl we'll add in finely minced broken pecan pieces or even shred it become pieces fresh Peas and if you don't have fresh peas you can always take frozen peas red bell pepper yellow bell pepper half of one red onion celery minced parsley minced green onion and some pomegranate seeds after you get all of these ingredients in your bowl mix them up so that it looks evenly distributed after this you can finely mince some sage some rosemary turmeric paprika and cumin this right here is the base of your stuffing and that's not all because now I'm gonna teach you how to make a delicious pecan grape for the gravy I'm going to blend in a Vitamix approximately 1 to 2 cups of raw pecans 1 cup of raw fresh almond milk any spices or seasonings that you desire I'm gonna use fresh sage and thyme and just a pinch of Himalayan sea salt blend this until it becomes completely smooth if you want this to have more of a liquid texture you can add in a little water if you want it to be thicker simply add in more pecans how delicious and amazing is this look it looks vibrant and full of life and I know it's filled with flavor and vitamins and minerals that are so good for your body Thanksgiving is a day of gratitude and so I just want to say I'm so grateful to be here with all of you guys I'm gonna be sharing this beautiful recipe with my family and my friends and I hope that you get to share this healthy recipe with your loved ones as well if you guys appreciate the message in this video if you appreciate the delicious recipe be sure to hit the subscribe button and follow me for more delicious recipes at your family members involved get yourself and all of your loved ones eating healthier and if you like this recipe be sure to give it a thumbs up and comment below and let me know what other recipes that you want me to fully raw Fi thank you all for being with me today and I send you all my hugs my love I [Music]
